About

  I am in my 22nd year as a licensed Acupuncturist and certified Chinese Herbalist.

  I see many patients with pain and orthopedic related problems as well as chronic and debilitating illnesses such as cancer, MS, irritable bowel, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, arthritis, and mental health issues.

  I was part of the acupuncture staff at the Mass General Hospital Cancer Center for 7 years. While I do not say that I treat cancer directly but I work to help with immune support and stress reduction, to support the whole person in body and mind as they go through cancer treatment and its side effects. In addition to acupuncture, I work with my hands sometimes using Tuina chinese massage or Specialized Stretching (AIS) as well as other hands-on tools.

Specialities: Chinese & Japanese Acupuncture; Tuina (chinese medical massage); Auricular Acupuncture; Nutritional Support; Chinese Herbal Medicine;  Homeopathy, Active Individual Stretching (AIS); Acupuncture Detox Specialist, I have a particular interest in using Scalp Acupuncture to allievate neurological symptoms related to peripheral neuropathy, MS, and post-stroke syndrome, etc.

  My goal is to assist all my patients with their ability to thrive. I focus on identifying causal contributors to the problem, including possible toxicity and pathogens and as appropriate, work with Herbal & Nutritional supplements to enhance the body's own immune system, nutritional status, increased stamina and resilience.

    I have seen the impressive results that acupuncture and Chinese medicine can have. I am grateful to be able to share the benefit of my training and experience with with you. I am a graduate of the New England School of Acupuncture and White Pine Healing Arts and I am licensed by the state of Massachusetts and recognized by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
